Using natural yoghurt and baking powder instead of yeast is the magic trick that gives this naan bread amazing texture and flavour. Honestly it’s just like the real deal!
If you don’t have natural yoghurt maziwa mala (buttermilk) works just as well! So I always stock either for creamy dishes or quick breads.
