Rest and Relax

Living in the fast lane, meeting deadlines, sending emails, and avoiding the famous Nairobi traffic Is the 24hr cycle we live in today. We get so caught up chasing the dream and working on hundreds of projects we often forget our own welfare.
When sometimes all you need to do is press pause and take a mini break. Why not do something positive for you and reward yourself with some personal quality time.

Take a trip to a secluded place, meet up with friends, go camping, or if you’re up for the challenge go for a boot camp class and work up a good sweat. Just do what helps you relax and refuel.
A weekend ago I set off to Lake Elementaita with some friends for some much needed R&R, good old fun and some time out. A road trip is my ideal time out. The stories, the music and beautiful views is definitely something I can get used to on the regular. Not to mention how beautiful Kenya is, all the places you can go, so many breathtaking sights to see and memories to create. So take some time to relax and enjoy the moments you have been blessed experience.
